QUINCE BISTRO HOLDS FUNDRAISER FOR FOODSHARE

A recently renovated Quince Bistro (2110 Yonge St.) hosts the annual Both Hands fundraiser. Quince owner Jennifer Gittens is part of a group of four women invested in the community and working towards change.

The first fundraiser for breast cancer last year raised more than $25,000 and they hope to top it this year with funds raised directed to FoodShare, a food advocacy group.

On May 4, the restaurant will offer a four-course gala dinner and auction. Tickets are $150.
